Stress causes effects such as anxiety so that the nervous system becomes less controlled (tremors) and makes it difficult to manage life. Prolonged stress will cause depression and disrupt human physiological functions such as stroke. Poor socio-economic conditions result in stress which has an impact on the emergence of aggressive behavior.
Stress Symptoms
Stress has symptoms both physical and psychological. Physical symptoms that a person experiences when stressed include heart problems (faster heartbeat and chest pain on the left) resulting in shortness of breath, high blood pressure due to difficulty sleeping, tension in muscles such as the nape, neck, shoulders and jaw, headaches , cold palms or feet, dizziness, nausea, indigestion, menstrual disorders such as irregular menses, pain, nausea and dizziness and sexual disorders such as impotence due to decreased libido.
Psychological symptoms experienced by someone when stressed are feeling nervous and anxious, sensitive and irritable (sensitive), restlessness such as pacing back and forth, tiredness and reluctance to carry out activities, decreased ability to work and appearance, feelings of unwarranted fear, nightmares, self-centeredness. excessive ones such as brooding and isolating oneself, as well as loss of spontaneity such as loss of cheerfulness and empty eyes.
